I work directly with founders to drive execution across product, operations, CX, and go-to-market. I step into areas or functions that are unclear, moving too slowly, new to the org, or don’t have clear ownership or processes.
I take on a small number of embedded engagements with pre-seed and venture backed SaaS and tech teams. A big focus of my work is helping teams operate well in a distributed environment, as we all know, great talent is global. The challenge is building systems, communication, and accountability that hold up as teams grow.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped build and scale teams, systems, and processes across early stage and growth environments. I take a people-first approach, start with the biggest pain, and help bring clarity to founders and their teams. I understand how heavy the founder role can be, especially in early stages. Part of my job is helping create structure and momentum so they are not carrying everything themselves.
